STARTING YOUR RESIDENCY

Once you have submitted your Education Programme Evaluation, you must pay the corresponding fee through your profile page. Please make sure that this payment is completed, as failure to do so will prevent you from uploading your Annual Reports in the future.
DURING YOUR RESIDENCY
You can upload your Annual Report Form directly from your profile page.
Please note that the Annual Report upload section will only become available once your Residency Evaluation Programme has been submitted and approved through the website, and the corresponding Residency Evaluation Programme fee has been paid and processed online.
If you do not see the Annual Report upload section and instead see an “Upload your Enrolment Form” box or a payment box for the Residency Evaluation Programme, this may mean that:

your Residency Evaluation Programme has not yet been submitted and approved through the website. In this case, please submit it and contact the Chairperson of the Education Committee;

the required fee has not yet been paid. In this case, please complete the payment online; or
-
your payment has been made but has not yet been processed. Please note that payments made by bank transfer may take up to one month to be processed, whereas payments made by credit card are processed immediately. If necessary, please contact the ECVN Treasurer.
Once both the approval and payment requirements have been completed, the Annual Report upload section will become available on your profile page.
SUPPORT
To support residents in training and examination candidates, the ECVN realized the need to establish a committee dedicated to represent their specific interests. Following a proposal by Prof. Mike Targett and discussion at the ECVN AGM meeting in October 2020, an ECVN Liaison Committee for ECVN residents in training and examination candidates has been established.
The ECVN Liaison Committee is a route by which legitimate concerns can be raised by residents in training or exam candidates to an independent committee of the ECVN in confidence.
The committee can anonymously delegate concerns for consideration by the college. The remit of the committee is not to directly resolve issues but to act in a mediation role to ensure that any legitimate concerns raised are addressed at the appropriate level within the college without any comeback on residents in training.
