Please come along to support and join your peers from around the globe, for this three-day virtual event, showcasing a vast range of novel and exciting topics. 

 

The Clinical Abstracts showcase concepts and the latest thinking across the veterinary spectrum and are a great opportunity to hear about the latest research and thinking in the profession.

 

What will be of particular interest to you are 10 Neurology presentations taking place in the morning on the 24th May as per the 2 examples below:

 

  • Comparison of serum C-Reactive Protein in dogs with idiopathic and structural epilepsy. This research compares the serum C-reactive protein (CRP) concentrations in dogs with idiopathic epilepsy (IE) and structural epilepsy (SE) to see if there is a correlation between serum CRP value in epileptic dogs and time after seizure. 
  • Owner reported management of inter-ictal anxiety behaviours in canine epilepsy.  A study aiming to discover what strategies are currently used and how supported owners of dogs with IE feel about this element of their dog’s management.
