Third neurologist required at Willows Referral Service, Solihull, UK

Due to continued expansion since the opening of our new purpose-built state-of-the-art hospital, an opportunity has arisen for a third neurologist to join our multi-disciplinary team of 21 veterinary surgeons. The successful applicant will hold, or be eligible to sit, a European Diploma (or equivalent), have had significant exposure to/experience of neurosurgery and share our aim of providing the best possible levels of care for clients, their pets and for referring veterinary surgeons.

Residency position for veterinary neurology at Bern

Deadline: 15th October 2010.

We offer a residency position for veterinary neurology. The specialization program complies with the rules and regulations of the European college of veterinary neurology (ECVN). Duration of the program is three years.

Requirements: Applicants must hold a veterinary degree of a recognized veterinary educational establishment and must have completed an internship at the university or in private practice. Candidates will be preferred who have already completed a Dr.med.vet degree or equivalent.

Language requirement: conversational German and English. Additionally, some basic French language skills would be desirable.

Beginning of the program: November-December 2010.

Small animal neurologist/neurosurgeon position at the Centre for Small Animal Studies (CSAS) at the Animal Healt Trust

The Centre for Small Animal Studies (CSAS) at the Trust is currently seeking a small animal neurologist/neurosurgeon to join our team. The successful candidate is expected to hold a relevant diploma (ACVIM or ECVN).

The successful candidate will undertake clinical service, including neurosurgeries, teach residents/interns and encouraged to perform clinical research. Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Dick White Referrals is seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic veterinary surgeon to undertake a three years ECVN conforming residency in neurology & neurosurgery. The title of the Symposium is 'Rehabiliation of the Veterinary neurological patient' and was tailored towards veterinary neurology.
